A sample of recent jobs around Bristhaven. Every project was photographed, logged and backed by our written guarantee.
Hearthstone Hair Salon Co. has been serving Bristhaven, MO and the surrounding community since 2015. What started as one truck and a phone number is now a full crew of licensed, background-checked technicians — and we still answer our own phones.
We keep our pricing honest and our schedules tight. Every job is inspected, photographed and backed by a written guarantee, and our office follows up on every single ticket. That's how we've kept Bristhaven homeowners calling us — and sending their neighbors.
More than 11 years of showing up on time and doing the job right. Here's what that looks like in practice.
We run a tight schedule across Bristhaven and we honor it. If something shifts, you hear it from us first — not from an answering service.
Every technician on the Hearthstone Hair Salon Co. crew carries the right credentials for the job — and every job is backed in writing. No surprises at the invoice.
Decisions get made here in Bristhaven, not in a regional call center. If a job needs attention, the owner is a phone call away.
A week after the job, someone calls to make sure everything is still running. Most companies never pick up the phone after they're paid.
“Honestly the smoothest experience we've had with a local hair salon & spa. The tech explained everything before touching a thing, and the price matched the estimate down to the cent.”
“The request took two minutes and the callback came within the hour. Professional from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. Hearthstone Hair Salon Co. is now on speed dial for the whole family.”

Whether it's an emergency or a weekend project, we're one call away. Estimates are free, and we answer our own phones.
